Eurostat monthly data for production in construction (September 2022_November 2022)

These three months of last year have all shown increases in production in construction compared to the same months of 2021

In September 2022 compared with August 2022, seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector increased by 0.1% in the euro area and by 0.2% in the EU, according to first estimates from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. In August 2022, production in construction fell by 1.0% in the euro area and by 0.9% in the EU.

In September 2022 compared with September 2021, production in construction increased by 1.0% in the euro area and by 1.4% in the EU.

In October 2022 compared with September 2022, seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector increased by 1.3% in both the euro area and the EU, according to first estimates from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. In September 2022, production in construction rose by 0.5% in the euro area and by 0.3% in the EU.

In October 2022 compared with October 2021, production in construction increased by 2.2% in the euro area and by 2.4% in the EU.

In November 2022 compared with October 2022, seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector decreased by 0.8% in the euro area and by 0.4% in the EU, according to first estimates from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. In October 2022, production in construction rose by 1.0% in both the euro area and the EU.

In November 2022 compared with November 2021, production in construction increased by 1.3% in the euro area and by 1.8% in the EU.
